📦 Shipping, Exchange & Return Policy

🛍 Shipping

• Orders are shipped within 5 to 10 business days (maximum) from the date of order confirmation.
• Before shipping, a deposit must be paid — at least the cost of delivery.
• A member of our team will contact you to confirm the order and share deposit payment details.

🚚 Upon Delivery

• The courier will wait 10 to 15 minutes only.
• Customers are allowed to inspect the order on the spot.
• If there’s any issue, the item can be returned immediately with the courier.

🔁 Exchange

• Exchange requests must be made on the same day of receiving the order.
• Exchanges are only processed through the courier.
• Items must be in original condition (unused and with original packaging).
• Shipping fees are covered by the customer in case of exchange.

↩️ Returns

• Returns are accepted only while the courier is still present.
• Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

📌 Important Note:

Orders will not be shipped unless the required deposit is received. Any delay in payment may result in order cancellation or shipping delays.
